Our wine tours & tastings in the Valencia region offer a unique luxury experience; professional curated vineyard visits that go the extra mile with your own personal guide Toni (myself) and owners presenting the properties & their wines! I am passionate about wine with WSET/Sommelier education and have actual experience of the wine making process from grapes to bottling, producing my own wines! Wine is a way of life and I bring you in touch with the vineyards, revealing local varieties like bobal, tortosi or forcallat!

You meet the owners visiting historic & boutique wineries in Valencia, Priorat & Castilla with focus on premium wines & vintage Cava. We also explore historic towns with a heritage of winemaking from the 6thC Iberians & taste traditional cuisine, local charcouteria, cheese & local olive oils.

Many of the wineries & towns we visit are off the tourist route. It´s the hidden, timeless Spain most travellers never see, stepping back in history from 10thC Moorish plazas to 14thC Gothic churches of the Reconquest…. an old world tranquility you thought had disappeared.

Get out of the city and journey through a landscape of mountains, olives, almonds & vineyards !

Having a unique relationship with owners/winemakers for many years, makes it a special visit at the winery. It´s a privileged behind the scenes tour explaining more than basics…a mini wine course with wines that reflect terroir! Not a script… each visit is an unrepeatable event… since 2008!
