SHIPPING – we want your order to arrive safely and as quick as possible.
1. Shipping Costs will be shown at Checkout on completing your order and depend on the purchased Products, quantity and the destination rules . Where possible the shipping costs will include taxes & duties at destination otherwise it will state that additional charges are payable locally before delivery .
1.2 The Method of Delivery & Destinations will be road courier in Spain , airfreight for USA/South America/Canada/Asia/ Australia and/or airfreight/road for UK/Ireland/ EU countries. If you country is not available at checkout please contact us!
1.3 The Delivery Time:
- Spain mainland 2-5 days
- Balearic islands, where the delivery time will be 3 – 4 working days,
- 3-12 days for EU & UK
- 10-15 days for USA from date of departure.
The days referred to in the delivery terms always count as working days, not counting weekends or holidays. Orders confirmed after 12:00 hours will count as registered the following day, as they cannot be prepared on the same day.
1.4. Delivery address: Products purchased in the Shop will be shipped to the postal address indicated by the Customer. The postal address may not be a PO Box.
1.5 Delays: Once your order has left our warehouse delivery is handled by our courier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider, customs, weather or local issues .
1.6 Address change at customer request: €25
1.7 Failed delivery: If delivery of the Product to the address indicated is refused or not possible on a first attempt, a second attempt will be made on the same day or on subsequent days. If delivery on this second attempt is neither possible, the Customer will be liable for additional re-delivery costs or the Product will be returned to the Shop after 7 days without a resolution from the Client. The costs of shipping and return will be assumed by the Customer, who will be reimbursed the price of Products that could not be delivered, using the same means of payment that the Customer used for the initial purchase.
1.8. The Proof of Purchase will be sent together with the Product(s).
1.9 Delivery to private individuals (adult-legal age) : Products for personal consumption only; commercial use is not permitted ·
2.0 Basic insurance included (compensation for loss or damaged item): up to €15 / bottle · Optional full coverage insurance: 2.5% of the value of the goods and shipping (min. €18). EXTRA CHARGES: · XXL bottles (ø over 105 mm): €2 / bottle ·
2.1 USA all inclusive rates exclude : Delivery to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico: €40 / parcel ·
2.2 Damages: If your order arrives damaged or incomplete please contact us as soon as possible with order number and photos of the package .
