SENSORY & STYLE NOTES
Color: A deep ruby color with dense purple hues with good weight of black
ripe fruit.
Aromatics: Dark berries, plums, cacau, earth, oak spice, subtle herbal & mineral
notes.
Palate: Well balanced, rich structured , dense viscosity with rounding tannins; fresh acidity with restrained oak spices on the finish; long involving , expressive of terroir.
Maridaje : Embutido a la brasa, game , chuletas, steak, arroz de matanza, chocolate negro.
