A Unique Wine Making Experience
Mini Masterclass & Create Your Own Wine
Imagine you are the winemaker & you have the wines to blend your own coupage! Yes, after a mini masterclass with the winemaker in the bodega you will design your own cuvee. Equipped with 4 mono-varietal wines, a graduated glass lab tube, pen/paper & all you need to assemble your own final wine, you will blend percentages of the mono-varietal wines that you consider desirable. You may make as many attempts as you wish while we have time. Afterwards we will prepare each of your recipes in secret, followed by a blind tasting for each of you of each wine … and there will be a winner!
One wine will be chosen by the bodega “Winemaker” as the finest wine coupage of all the wines created by the group; a Diploma will accredit each of you as “Honorary Assembler of the Winery”. This fun but sensory interesting experience will be accompanied with an “almuerzo” (brunch) of local typical products – embutido, cheeses etc. & wines !

Itinerary
- Pickup at hotel by Mercedes 9 seater/ coach in Valencia 08:45hrs
- Fully guided organic winery visit with winemaker.
- Mini masterclass of the grape varietals & wines available for your coupage recipe to then assemble your own wine
- Almuerzo/Brunch of local typical products in winery.
- Blind tastings of each wine with Diploma presentation.
- Return to Valencia for arrival approx. 15:00hrs
