We propose a visit to a Valencian Craft Brewery ... some 25 mins. from the city centre. Organic certified and respecting traditional agriculture using only natural brewing ingredients. On reception the visit begins with a welcome copa of their own DO Cava Brut Nature followed by a guided visit explaining the various processes of elaboration: mashing, the boil,
fermentation, hopping etc. to final bottling and maturation of the artisan beer.

You then have the pleasure of tasting 6 different craft beers produced, accompanied with tapa picoteo .  An interesting alternative to our wine tours and of shorter duration .
