We offer a great wine tasting of Premium wines from Spain, each with identity of the region, the terroir & typicity.
From DO´s like Priorat, Cava, Jerez, Rioja & Valencia the wines all have their own unique character. We dine in a prestigious restaurant overlooking the beach or in Valencia city, 4 courses of innovative mediterranean cuisine. The wine tasting is informal & fun but you will certainly enjoy the experience and learn more about these brand regions & Spains Pago cru estate wines .
The guided Tasting is paired with a selection of starters Jamon Iberico, calamar, gamba, queso, etc with main courses & dessert to be enjoyed on your own (at this point without my company) but accompanied with some of the wines just tasted & local DO. Valencia wines.
Many of the wines are from organic/biodynamic vineyards expressing their terroir... crafted by the new generation of artisan winemakers & often not available outside Spain.
We can tailor the menu for your party with the chef but below is a older sample menu.
The Wine Tasting & Dinner - pricing Euro 79 - 90 p/p inc. 5 Course Fine Dining, 6 wines (inc red,white, Cava ) , meal also accompanied by local DO. wines.
